This is so FANTASTIC! – Dove Real Beauty Sketches
\n\"Sketching<\/a><\/p>\n

Dove has really helped Women see their True Beauty…
\nGil Zamora, a Forensic facial composite Artist was hired to blindly sketch women’s faces as they self described their faces. And the same woman would meet another person they had never met, and then that person described the same woman, and Gil Zamora would make a new sketch.<\/p>\n

The Results were astounding, and highlighted how Women see themselves, and the way they view their own flaws, VS> How other people see them.
\nI watched these several times while I was writing this blog post, and I came to tears several times…<\/p>\n

The Sketches self described were usually less beautiful, than the ones described by others.
\nSome self described were described as “Closed off”, “fatter”, “sadder”, etc, ie. – more critically fault filled.<\/p>\n

But the sketches described by others were often much more faithful to how the woman actually looks, and presents herself, and were more gentle, \u00a0beautiful, friendly, open, happy…<\/p>\n

\n“Yeah”<\/p>\n

For me this is also about how perfume helps us all to realize our own true potential. Perfume is a part of our toolbox, to share our authentic self…<\/p>\n

I’ve learned about my own faults, and my own strengths.
\nIt’s taken many years.<\/p>\n

But what I have come to understand is this:
\nI actively and purposefully choose to work WITH my Strengths, instead of AGAINST my weaknesses.<\/p>\n

I recognize my weaknesses, but I don’t dwell so much on them but choose to find and emphasize my strengths, and how to capitalize upon them.<\/p>\n

This Dove campaign is simply fantastic, and I STRONGLY applaud Dove for it’s affirmative offerings, and suggesting to women that they are indeed more beautiful than they think they are…<\/p>\n
